So we can publish pages, blog posts and fixes. We ask for the lowest access that does the job. We never need your password, and you can remove our access at any time.

WordPress: add us as a user
Sign in to your site's admin. Open Users, then Add New. Enter our access email, choose the role Editor (use Administrator only if we're also changing settings or plugins), and add the user:

In your Shopify admin open Settings, then Users. Click Add staff, enter our access email and choose permissions for products, online store and marketing. Prefer collaborator access? WhatsApp us your store address and we'll send a request for you to approve.
Another website platform
Wix, Squarespace, a custom site or anything else: WhatsApp us and we'll tell you the quickest safe way.
Tell us you've added us
When you've done this, open your private desk link and tap “I've added you” under Help & access. Can't find the link?Find my desk
No password needed. Never send us your password. You can remove our access at any time, in the same place you added us.
