You may read the site, build a plan, and share a link to the site. You may quote a short passage with credit to Nine Digital and a link back. You may not copy the site, the pricing model, the bot desk or the mark to run a competing service, and you may not republish the pages as your own.

Ask before you use the Nine mark, the wordmark, or a screenshot of the product in advertising.

A client’s brand, product facts, ad accounts and creative stay the client’s. Approving work on the bot desk does not assign that material to Nine Digital, and it does not assign Nine Digital’s site to you.

The example bot desk is illustrative. It is not a promise of a particular result, and it is not a template you are licensed to resell.

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Razorpay and Stripe are trademarks of their owners. Nine Digital is not those companies and is not endorsed by them. Naming a platform means the work can run there, nothing more.

If something on the site uses your work without permission, say which page and what the work is. We will take down a genuine mistake. The privacy policy covers personal information, not copyright.
