Terms of Service

Nine Digital is a brand of Olive Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in India (registration number 251629, GSTIN 07AABCO8298C1Z9), with its registered office at 8219, Sector-B, Pocket-11, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Delhi 110070, India. These terms apply to the website ninedigital.co, the seven-day free trial, and any paid plan you buy from us. By starting a trial or paying for a plan you agree to them on behalf of your business.

We provide marketing services (for example strategy, content, creative, advertising management, SEO and reporting) for the services you select. Work is prepared with AI tools and reviewed by our team. Nothing is published, sent or spent on your behalf without approval under section 5.

The services are for businesses. You confirm you are 18 or older and authorised to act for your business.

• The trial is free, lasts seven calendar days from sign-up, and needs no card.
• Trial work is limited to the scope shown when you sign up (including the creative cap).
• We run a limited number of trials at a time. If they are full you join a waitlist and your trial starts when we confirm it.
• One trial per business. We may decline or end a trial that is misused or breaches these terms.
• The trial ends automatically. It never turns into a paid plan unless you agree a plan and pay for it.
• Trial work you approve may be used by your business during and after the trial.

• Plans are prepaid, either quarterly (three months in advance) or yearly (twelve months in advance, at the yearly discount shown when you buy).
• Prices are those confirmed in writing after your strategy call. India invoices are in INR and add GST at the applicable rate; other invoices are in USD.
• We send a secure payment link (Razorpay in India, Stripe elsewhere). The plan starts when payment is received.
• A plan renews for the same term only if you agree to the renewal and pay the renewal invoice. We will remind you before the term ends.
• We may change prices for future terms with at least 30 days’ notice. Prices already paid do not change.

• You review and approve work before it is published, sent or used to spend money, and you are responsible for content you approve.
• You give us accurate information about your business, products and claims, and only the account access the work needs.
• You confirm that the materials you supply (logos, images, product data, customer lists) can lawfully be used for the work.
• Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platforms and are not part of our fees. We work within the spend caps you approve.

Once the relevant fees are paid, you own the final deliverables we create for you and approve. Your materials remain yours. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and this website, and may refer to you as a client only with your permission.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platforms, markets and your products. We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or return on ad spend.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or platform actions (such as ad disapprovals or account suspensions), and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential. We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to you. Otherwise, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
