Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service of Nine Digital, a brand of Olive Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN 07AABCO8298C1Z9).

• The trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.
• You can stop the trial at any time by telling us. It also ends on its own after seven days.
• You are never charged automatically when the trial ends.

• Quarterly and yearly plans are prepaid. You can cancel at any time by phone or WhatsApp; cancellation stops renewal.
• Unless a refund applies below, the service continues until the end of the term you have paid for.
• Ad spend is paid by you to the ad platforms. To stop it, pause the campaigns or ask us to, and we will do so within one business day.

• First 7 days of a new plan: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund the full amount less the value of work already delivered and approved, at the plan’s monthly rate pro rata.
• Quarterly plans after 7 days: fees for the current quarter are not refundable.
• Yearly plans after 7 days: you may cancel and receive a refund for the full unused months remaining, calculated at the quarterly-plan rate for the months already used.
• If we cannot deliver: if we end the service for reasons other than your breach of the terms, we refund the unused part of your prepaid fees.
• Ad platform charges are not paid to us and are not refundable by us.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through the same gateway (Razorpay or Stripe) within 7 business days of approval. Banks may take further time to show the credit. GST is adjusted with a credit note where it applies.
