So we can plan, post and report on your Instagram and Facebook Page without ever knowing your password. We never need your password, and you can remove our access at any time.
Check your Instagram account type
It should be a Business or Creator account, and linked to your Facebook Page. Not sure? WhatsApp us and we'll help you check it in a couple of minutes.
Open Meta Business settings
Go to business.facebook.com and sign in. Open Settings, then Partners, then Add, and choose “Give a partner access to your assets”.
Paste our Business Portfolio ID
This is Nine Digital's partner ID. Paste it when Meta asks for it.
Mahimvir will send you our partner ID on WhatsApp.
Ask for it nowChoose what we can work on
Select your Instagram account and your Facebook Page, and give each one full control (manage access). Add your ad account only if we've agreed to run ads for you. Then save.
Tell us you've added us
When you've done this, open your private desk link and tap “I've added you” under Help & access. Can't find the link?Find my desk
No password needed. Never send us your password. You can remove our access at any time, in the same place you added us.
