How much does a digital marketing agency cost in India?

Digital marketing agency fees in India depend on the number of channels, the seniority of the people on your account and your ad spend. At Nine Digital, published list prices start at $400 a month for a single service, ads management is $1,000 a month per platform for up to $5,000 of spend, and SEO is $1,500 a month, with ad spend paid separately to the platforms.
The three pricing models
- Monthly retainer: a fixed fee for a defined scope. Predictable; check what is included.
- Percentage of ad spend: common for paid media. Simple, but rewards higher spend.
- Project fee: for audits, website builds or launches with a clear end.

- Number of channels (each ad platform, SEO, social and email is separate work)
- Seniority: who makes the decisions on your account
- Content volume: posts, reels, blogs and ad creatives a month
- Ad spend managed, and reporting depth
Nine Digital's published prices (per month)
- Social media marketing: $1,500 (two platforms, 12 posts, 4 reels)
- Meta ads or Google ads management: $1,000 per platform, up to $5,000 spend; 10% of spend above that
- LinkedIn ads management: $1,500
- SEO: $1,500 (technical, on-page, four blogs)
- AI search visibility (GEO): $900
- Content marketing: $1,000
- Email and nurture: $900
- Bundles: 5% off for 2 services, 10% for 3–4, 15% for 5+; yearly billing a further 15% off
Hidden costs to ask about
- Ad spend (always paid on top)
- Creative production such as shoots and video
- Tools and software licences
- 18% GST on Indian invoices
Questions
Is ad spend included in the agency fee?
Usually not. At Nine Digital you pay Google, Meta or LinkedIn directly, and the management fee is separate.
What do international clients pay?
Nine Digital's international list prices are in US dollars, starting at $400 a month per service, billed quarterly through Razorpay, with no GST line.
