Your desk is a private page with your reports, your plan and what to review. Here's how to use it.
What the labels mean
- Being prepared Our agents are working on it.
- Being reviewed by Mahimvir It's done, and Mahimvir is checking it before you see it.
- Being improved by Mahimvir He sent it back for another pass.
- Ready for you Checked and ready. Download it or read it on this page.
- Waiting for your OK A post, blog or ad for you to look at. Nothing is published until you and Mahimvir are happy.
- Published It's live.
How to download your reports
Open Ready for you and tap Download PDF. It opens in a new tab: save it from your browser's menu or share button. Prefer to read on the page? Tap Read it here.
How to say "looks good" or ask for a change
On each item to review, tap Looks good if you're happy. If not, tap Request a change, tell us what to change in a few words, and tap Send. Mahimvir is told straight away, and you'll see the new version here. You can change your answer any time.
How to ask for something
Every service has an Ask for something box. Write what you'd like in plain words and tap Send. Nothing is started or charged until we've talked.
